My career as a designer has been profoundly influenced by my first love: magazines. I enjoy the design process and collaborating with different departments to create a cohesive product. Magazines provided me with an early understanding of brand voice, vision, cohesion, and integrity. They sparked my passion for layout and design while deepening my interest in photography, styling, and art direction. I was fortunate to have an exceptionally talented creative director as a mentor early in my career, which has shaped my approach to design and creativity. The connections, experiences, and skills I’ve gained from working in art departments have been invaluable to my growth as a creative professional.
